Reservations are made via direct contact, ideally 24 to 48 hours in advance. Same-day requests may be possible depending on availability, without guarantee. We recommend booking ahead for preferred time slots or bespoke treatments.
Do you offer last-minute appointments?
Yes, depending on practitioner availability. Urgent requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need to provide any equipment?
No. Our practitioners bring all necessary equipment: massage table, linens, oils, and treatment products.
Does the practitioner arrive before the appointment time?
Yes. The practitioner arrives in advance to set up the equipment and ensure a smooth, unhurried session.
Are Wellness Practitioners and/or Beauticians qualified?
Yes. They are certified, experienced, and selected for their expertise, professional conduct, and care quality.
Which products are used during treatments?
We use carefully selected products, primarily natural or plant-based, suitable for sensitive skin.
Are the products organic or hypoallergenic?
Whenever possible, we prioritize gentle and skin-respectful formulations. Please inform us of any specific sensitivities when booking.
What is your hygiene protocol?
Linens are changed between each client. Hands are washed and disinfected before every treatment. Equipment is cleaned following a strict protocol.
What session durations are available?
Different formats are available depending on the treatment: 30, 60, 90 minutes, or longer upon request.
Can I request adjustments during the session?
Yes. Pressure, rhythm, or specific techniques can be adjusted at any time according to your comfort.
Are there areas that are not massaged?
Yes. Intimate areas are strictly excluded. All services are provided within a professional and respectful framework.
How should I prepare before a massage?
We recommend showering beforehand and avoiding heavy meals or alcohol prior to the session to optimize the benefits.
Are there any contraindications to massage?
Yes. Fever, infectious conditions, serious circulatory disorders, unhealed fractures, or certain medical conditions require prior advice. Any relevant health information must be shared before the session.
Are treatments suitable for pregnant women?
Certain adapted treatments may be offered after the first trimester, provided there are no medical contraindications and prior notice is given.
Do you offer treatments for children or minors?

Do you provide services at home, in hotels, or riads?
Yes. We operate in private residences, hotels, villas, and authorized establishments, respecting your comfort and privacy.
Are there any specific access requirements?
Secure access, sufficient space, and practical information (parking, floor level, elevator) help facilitate the service.
Can a session be interrupted?
The practitioner reserves the right to interrupt the session at any time, without refund, in the event of inappropriate behavior or failure to respect the professional framework, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Can I interrupt a session myself?
Yes. Any session that has begun remains fully payable.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made online or on-site, according to the terms agreed upon during booking.
Are tips included?
Tips are neither expected nor mandatory. They remain entirely at the client’s discretion.
What is your cancellation or modification policy?
Modifications or cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, the session may be charged or rescheduled depending on the circumstances.
Are the services covered by professional insurance?
Yes. All our services are provided within a fully insured and professional framework.
